Blood Donation Day

Went to donate blood today at Mount Elizabeth Hospital. Even though it was scary, seeing your blood flowing out of you into this bag that you would think that is SUPER BIG but it's not really that big to save patients, I was very happy to be able to save 3 lives today because of donating my blood. Im gonna do this more often. :)

Our lives are all so blessed, forgetting all those unhappiness with anybody, just meditate on the part of not having any illnesses, I think Im blessed. So, being blessed, do donate your blood and help save others' lives! With each and everyone's help, it makes alot of difference :)
